Policies

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event workshops. Anyone that arrives 15 minutes after the start of the event, I will do my best to get you caught up, but depending on the size of the group I may not be able to do so, so please understand that.

Only 1 project per person is allowed at each event, this is to keep the flow smooth for everyone. If there is more than 1 design you would like, may I suggest that you host a private party of your own? REMEMBER THE HOST IS FREE WITH 8 OR MORE!

I always like to remind everyone that when working with wood, there will be varied grains, textures, knots, chips, cracks and blemishes. That’s the beauty of wood and what gives it the natural, rustic character … No 2 pieces will ever be alike!

If you will be displaying your wood sign creation outside or in an area prone to moisture (ie: Bathroom) I recommended using a sealer or polyurethane which can be purchased at any local hardware store. Make sure to cover every side and edge to completely seal your masterpiece.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the custom nature of the wood workshops, there are NO REFUNDS.

I will, however, give you the wood piece and stencil and can also arrange to give you some paint and or stain to finish your product at home.
